Spring Rabbits

Rabbits are a symbol of spring.
These ones in the Moroccan countryside seem pretty happy
eating marigolds.

Below are Lilies in the hall in front of the camel bone mirror.

Rabbits and Other Animals

The original Garden of Eden was an orchard.
However, I don't think this Eden has snakes in it.
At least I hope not.

The rabbits live in a big mud-brick house and run around looking cheerful.
They like to pose for the camera.
Especially the brown one lower right who thinks this is his best profile.

The peacocks wander amongst the olive trees behind the geranium hedge.

I think there are nine of them altogether. The guinea fowl didn't get their photos taken.

I waited for a long time but the peacocks would only display their tails when I wasn't anywhere near them...........

Mrs. Duck has six little ones.

Another shot of the rabbits.

Mrs. Duck meet Mr.Peacock...........

This last picture is Blinky, daughter of Mimi (our cat who is in the title box of this blog). Blinky is just over a year old and lives with her sister, Bisou, in this wonderful garden. They were very lucky to get adopted by such a nice family.
A much happier environment for cats than the medina.
