Isabel's Book

For my birthday, Isabel made a book using images from this blog.
It must have taken her hours.

When I look at the pictures everything comes flooding back.

Such complicated patterns.

And chickens to boot.

I read on mary ellens blog that you wrote a book about your birth mother...is it published I would LOVE to read it ... as an adoptee who has reunited I am totally obsessed (at times) of others journeys ... mine is not a pretty one.
anyway I would love to know more.

Cara Elizabeth,
Thanks for dropping me a line on my blog. Amazing, how things coincide, thanks to the world of blogging. I have visited your Moroccan blog several times, and always been struck by your strong, colourful photo. May I ask to link to mine? I am fascinated by expat blogging esp. with expressive photo. And yours is great! Bacione, Ingrid

I have been dreaming of Morocco. How badly is that one-way ticket calling me! Did I say badly? I meant loudly!

What you show us of this book is gorgeous. You must ache for missing your beloved rose red city...

What a thoughtful and gracious gift! Wow! The power of images is amazing, isn't it? They bring on memories and feelings so thick we feel we have to brush them away from our faces! Thank you so much for sharing it with us. :)
