I'm a teacher at an inner-city school in Chicago. I've recently created a blog for an intramural basketball league that I help run. The kids love the humor have a strong interest in reading it (Which is huge to get kids interested in reading). I've started recommending to them that they find other blogs that fit their interest as well. After reading your blog, I like what you have to say and think they'd enjoy it. I'm going to reccomend your site to them. Hopefully they will enjoy it and they can improve their reading and maybe inspired to write something of their own.

I love this one. Being born into Islam, yet converting to agnosticism a few years ago, I still admire how many Muslim women wear traditional hijab yet have more confidence than the half-dressed girl on the street corner.

I lived in Morocco for 8 months almost 2 yrs ago. I hated Morocco. I hated the fact that women have nothing to do but make bread of all shapes and forms. I hated the very extreme weather. When its hot, its burning hot and when its cold, its so cold ur fingers turn purple... It's UNBELIEVABLE that you are able to show me all the beauty I was too depressed to see, with your simple yet amazing photos. Your blog is the best!!! Congratulations!
