The chicken looks like 'daube', a casserole with chicken (or beef), veggies, olives and probably a different set of magic spices. It certainly looks yummy.

It's making my mouth water! I've never had this dish, but I sure would love to...and in Morroco! Perhaps a trip to find those tangine spices locally is in order. Nothing is better than slow cooked dishes like this...

Even the food in Marrakesh is so full of color. I am amazed at a culture that loves primary colors so much, they are everywhere. When did we in the U.S. become such a country of gray and black and brown? We need some color! Thanks for the wonderful photos!
