A mysterious man walks past equally mysterious doors in Essouira.
For some reason - lots of reasons - people are intrigued by doors.
I certainly am.
An idea:
next Wednesday 12th perhaps it would be fun if lots of us posted pictures, paintings, drawings, poems etc about doors
and we could all visit one another..........

Dear Elizabeth,
I'm writing my Door post now, and wondered if frank has a blog or website that I should link to.

What a wonderful idea, Elizabeth. Count me in,
Faye
do you know if someone will be posting a list/links of all the artists that are participating?
I just saw this on Constance's blog and thought I would love to join in! I live in Charleston, SC USA and we have lots of gorgeous doors!
I am so intrigued by doors and windows. I will work on a door painting and see what I come up with. Sounds like a fun way to see other people's work.
My organizational skills are weaker than my ability to think up ideas.
However, I hope to post the names of all the people who have expressed an interest in the "DOORS" idea.
I will almost certainly do this on Tuesday.
So far there are at least 20!
If it gets much bigger I might just have to let it grow on its own.
But I'm happy there is so much interest.
Count me in! I also love doors and find them fascinating to photograph and wonder about.
I love this idea! I will be on the lookout for lovely doors!
I can't wait to do this post.
