DOORS

DSCN0906, originally uploaded by schmidwix2.

A mysterious man walks past equally mysterious doors in Essouira.
For some reason - lots of reasons - people are intrigued by doors.
I certainly am.
An idea:
next Wednesday 12th perhaps it would be fun if lots of us posted pictures, paintings, drawings, poems etc about doors
and we could all visit one another..........

Great pic! When I was in Cyprus I was fascinated by doors. Here's my favorite compilation: http://pretavoyager.blogspot.com/2007/10/place-cyprus.html

I am so intrigued by doors and windows. I will work on a door painting and see what I come up with. Sounds like a fun way to see other people's work.

My organizational skills are weaker than my ability to think up ideas.
However, I hope to post the names of all the people who have expressed an interest in the "DOORS" idea.
I will almost certainly do this on Tuesday.
So far there are at least 20!
If it gets much bigger I might just have to let it grow on its own.
But I'm happy there is so much interest.

I'll see if I can find a door starting with H tomorrow as I should participate in the ABC Wednesday too.

(I came here through Mari's site, Kameravene.)
