7 Random or Weird Things

This park, dappled with sunlight, is just by the bus stop.
Years ago there were Berber tents pitched here. Now nut sellers and shoe cleaners and people waiting to go somewhere mill around. Some people simply sit on the low walls.

The following is in response to Tracy's blog(pinkpurl -see side bar) - but I'm having a hard time coming up with things so I'll use hers as a jumping off place:
1. Henna designs, argan oil cream and Nivea are enough for me.
2. I would love to visit Vienna's coffee houses and eat cake. (See Merisi's blog)
3. I love the smell of coffee but hate the taste of it.
4. Living on a very small farm with a donkey, some chickens, ducks and a dog would be bliss.
5. I have been married to the same person for 32 years.
6. Tuesday is the best day of the week.
7. Reading a good book in front of a roaring log fire is the second best way to spend a winter's evening; the first would be chatting with friends.

Married 32 years? Wow! Awesome! I, too, would love to visit Vienna's coffee houses (although I don't drink coffee). Actually, I want to visit all the spots from the movie with Julie Andrews. ;-)I love reading a good book or chatting with friends. And I agree that Tuesday is the best day of the week. It's the day on which I was born. ;-)

Wonderful list.

Hello again!

I noticed that and indeed it made me laugh. Blogger is not that bad. But for what I was looking for, Wordpress was the best move. ;)

Elizabeth, you have to come to Vienna! I have to ask Tracy what she meant with DH & (should I know about that?). Reading in front of a cozy fire, yes, yes, yes! Can you imagine that I moved from a house (in the South!) with three fireplaces to a place with none? And it's so icy cold here, oh drats! I am slowly recuperating from a bout of flu-like illness, didn't manage a post since Sunday. right now I am indulding in visiting some blog friends. I missed doing that, so busy during the last weeks. Demel's has the best hot chocolate in the world, btw, you don't need to like coffee here. :-)
